Cynthia is a proven insightful strategic consultant with deep organizational design, organizational and leadership development skills.  She excels at business connectivity, collaboration, leadership coaching, with a strong passion for diversity and teaching.

She effectively transitions organizations at global, national, and regional levels using the STAR model and 5 Milestone approach. She is experienced in diagnostics, structure and process redesign, as well as enterprise implementation planning and activation. She guides leaders and their teams through each design project building organizational capabilities, and developing thoughtful transition plans. Cynthia also specializes in talent management, partnering with leaders in understanding the talent and cultural impact of their designs.

Cynthia has spent the last 25 years working for and consulting with leaders in companies including Nike, Intel, Delta Faucet, VF Corporation, Microsoft, and E&J Gallo. She has experience in high-tech as well as consumer product/goods industries and specializes in functional work with Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and Marketing,

Cynthia has an Advanced Org Design certification USC Marshall School of Business, and earned her Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University, with a minor in European Studies while attending Universidad Compultense de Madrid, Spain. She also serves on the Board of Organization Design Forum.

Cynthia resides in Portland, Oregon with her family.

Before beginning her consulting career, Cynthia was a senior Human Resources leader with Nike, Inc. for 14 years, and during that time led several organizational design initiatives across the enterprise. She was a valued thought leader and proven partner to the business function, demonstrating the ability to set and execute HR direction.

Prior to Nike, Cynthia worked at Intel Corporation, growing her expertise in several COEs including Staffing, Global Relocation, and finally leading as US Employee Relations COE in a tiered Shared Services model.
